Payments and Fee Policies

Payment Options & Due Date

  1. Full Payment – Pay in full upon registration.
  2. Deposit plus Installments – Pay the deposit upon registration. The remaining balance will be split into equal payments to be processed on the first of every month, ending April 1, 2026.
  3. The balances for all sessions are due by April 1, 2026.  All registrations after April 1 will require full payment at the time of enrollment.

Payment methods include credit card and eCheck. The charge may show up on your statement as “Meadow Breeze” or “Lexington Christian Academy”.

Non-Refundable Deposit

  • Registration for all Meadow Breeze Camp sessions requires a $200 non-refundable deposit per camp session to secure a camper’s enrollment. 
  • The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances
  • Registrations after April 1 must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
  • The deposit and any funds paid toward the session balance may be transferred to another available session (as credit) upon request prior to the deadline listed below. After the April 1 deadline, any changes will be treated as a cancellation (see ‘Cancellations’ below)
  • The April 1 deadline applies regardless of the session start date.

 

Discounts

Beginning in 2026, a 5% discount will apply to session fees when five or more camp sessions are registered per camper per household.  This discount does not apply to lunch, AfterCamp, or AfterCamp lessons.  This discount will be applied to your account after the April 1st deadline. In the event that session cancellations result in fewer than five weeks of total enrollment, any previously applied discount will be forfeited and balances updated.

 

Administrative Fees

After April 1,  any registration changes may incur a $20 administrative fee per registration change.

 

Cancellations

Before April 1, cancellations will receive a refund minus the deposit of $200 per camp session.

All payments are non-refundable beginning on April 1.  At the camp director’s discretion, refunds may only be allowed due to medical reasons, with written documentation from a medical provider

 

No Refunds Will Be Given for Any of the Following Reasons:

  • Early departures/ late arrivals:  If a camper arrives late or leaves early for any reason, no refund will be given for any part of the missing camp day or week.
  • Illness (fever, headache, stomach issues), unless a medical exemption is provided in writing by a medical provider.
  • Late arrival or failure to attend their registered session.
  • Absence or leaving early due to homesickness
  • Personal conflicts due to sports, school, vacations, and family commitments
  • Camper dismissal by the camp for behavioral reasons, including bullying or harassment, unsafe behavior to self or others, verbal or physical aggression, inability to follow camp rules or procedures, as well as other reasons determined to be unsuitable by the camp.

 

Outstanding Balances

  • For registrations prior to April 1, deposits are due at the time of registration and all remaining balances due on April 1 for all camp sessions.
  • On or after April 1, all registrations are due in full at the time of registration.  All administrative and additional fees are also due at the time of registration.
  • Any outstanding balances will be automatically charged to the card on file.
  • Any outstanding balances that we are unable to charge to the card on file will be assessed a fee of $100 per account.
