Scroll Dear LCA Community,

We are officially into the full swing of things, and even though it feels like First Day was just the other day, it’s already almost time for one of my favorite LCA events: Conferences and Connections! Even though I miss our traditional evening and morning in the Miles Strodel Gymnasium catching up over coffee and pastries between meetings, I still feel excitement over how meaningful the connections made during these days are to the success of our students at LCA – even over Zoom.

Last year we heard rave reviews from parents and faculty alike when we tried conferences on Zoom for the first time. We heard that the efficiency and flexibility afforded to families with tight schedules was a blessing in the midst of these busy weeks. We are delighted to offer this opportunity again this year!

Before you join any virtual conferences on Monday, we want to take a moment and introduce you to some of our newest teachers below, and point you to our the section of the website where you can find our faculty and staff directory (complete with fresh new pictures!) and find your child’s teachers before joining the Zoom call. Scroll to the bottom of the “ABOUT” page to reach our faculty and staff directory. Sometimes it’s nice to know which face will be welcoming you on your screen, even if we’ve all become pro’s at getting to know each other through pixels. These pictures and short introductions will help you connect the names and faces of teachers in advance of your conferences on Monday.

It is my pleasure to introduce you to our newest faculty members:
