John Khouri
Head of School
John provides executive oversight to LCA spearheading strategic planning, fundraising, and resource management. Along with the Board of Trustees, he ensures stability and security in facilities, operations, finance, and academic and auxiliary programming.
Amy Chaney
Principal
Amy leads LCA’s core program including academics, student life, spiritual formation, and faculty development. In this work, she partners strategically with Admissions and Marketing.
Vivian Lin
Chief Finance & Operations Officer
With oversight of the Business Office and Operations teams, Vivian guides all financial and facilities functions of LCA. Her leadership provides consistency across Main and North Campuses.
Bekah Sankey
Director of Executive Administration and Employee Engagement
Bekah ensures the effective administration of the LCA Executive Team and Board of Trustees. She also directs employee engagement from recruitment through legacy.

Andrew Mitchell
Athletics Director

directs three-season athletics program

manages all teams’ logistics and schedules

partners with local, regional, and national athletic organizations
Jadien Walter
Director of Residential Life, Director of Health Services

leads the Residential Life team of dorm parents, residential staff, and administrators

manages the residential program with particular focus on North Campus boarding facilities

directs Health Services on Main and North Campus

ensures boarding students both international and domestic are safe and supported in all capacities
Jean Noh
Dean of Student Academics & Enrichment Programs

leads the Student Academics team by overseeing the Academic Advising Program and supervises Academic Advisors, Registrar, and the Learning Center

guides students’ academic success through course planning and selection with a focus on identifying and developing personal strengths

coordinates and manages student led-clubs and enrichment programming including Career Exploration Trips and Peer Tutoring
